Jamie Bowers

Jamie Bowers is an abstract painter whose interest and inspiration lie in the process of the pictures he creates. Jamie paints with a particular living space in mind and choose colors and design elements to fit the space and décor, regardless of whether the space actually exists or is purely imaginary.

Jamie paints on wood panels allowing him to scape and sand the wood to make different textures and layers in his art. Texture and vivid colors are hallmarks of all of Jamie's paintings. Jamie enjoys creating art on a large scare while experimenting with various paints, plasters, ash and polyurethane finishes.
