Ethereo Albariño 2024 — Rías Baixas
Coastal Galicia, Spain’s benchmark region for Albariño. Bright tropical fruit (mango, pineapple, passion fruit) with a citrusy, slightly grassy palate.
Marqués de Griñón Caliza 2021 — Dominio de Valdepusa
A rare single-estate DO in central Spain, defined by limestone (caliza) subsoil over clay. Syrah, Petit Verdot & Graciano blend — the limestone brings elegance and velvety tannins.
Aldea Los Marcos Bobal 2019 — DOP Valencia
Valencia is home turf for Bobal, Spain’s second most-planted red grape, here from organic old vines 50+ years old. Cherry and blueberry with peppery notes; dark fruit, spice cake, licorice, and a long finish.
12 Linajes Roble 2021 — Ribera del Duero (91 Pts, James Suckling)
High-elevation plateau known for dramatic day-night temperature swings that build structure in Tempranillo. 100% Tempranillo from 60–70 year-old vines. Red with violet hues; intense raspberry and blackberry with balsamic, vanilla, and soft, well-integrated tannins.
Lucía Victoria Reserva 2018 — Rioja
Spain’s most iconic wine region, famous for Tempranillo aged to strict Reserva standards. From 50-year-old vines at 450m elevation.
Clos de Tafall 2023 — Priorat
One of only two DOCa (top-tier) regions in Spain, prized for its black slate (llicorella) soil that forces deep roots and concentrates flavor. Grenache Noir, Carignan, Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon blend, unfiltered. Mature dark fruit, balsamic and herb notes, light toast, long balanced finish.
